Bookings

Stays are booked through the Your.Rentals direct-booking platform embedded on this site. When you complete a booking, a contract for the stay is formed on the terms presented at checkout, which include the applicable rates, deposits, cancellation policy, and house rules for the specific property. Those checkout terms, together with any booking confirmation you receive, govern your stay; where they conflict with these website terms, the checkout terms prevail for the booking. Payment is processed securely by the booking platform’s payment provider.

Guest responsibilities

• Provide accurate details when booking, including party size, and be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• Treat the property with reasonable care and comply with the house rules provided at booking and check-in.
• Report damage or issues promptly so we can put them right.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design, graphics, and the NEOCR name and branding, is owned by or licensed to NEOCR LTD. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not reproduce or exploit site content commercially without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The site links to and embeds third-party services, including the Your.Rentals booking platform. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Liability
