The vision

The Chopwell sits on Derwent Street in the heart of its village, in a valley better known for forest walks than for new development. Our plan brings the building back into full use with five self-contained residential flats above active commercial units at street level.
The approach is the same one we take with every space in the portfolio. Restore what deserves restoring, renovate with intention, and finish to a standard that lasts, so the building serves the village for decades rather than years.
